Roy Allen, home of record as Alpena, AR, was serving his country during WWI when, on 3 October 1918, he gave his all in the line of duty. He had enlisted in the United States Army and was attached to the 28th Division 111th Infantry Regiment. He is buried in the Meuse-Argonne, American Cemetery, Romagne, France.
