The Award Presentation Program

  • Location: Camp Jack, 411 S. Pine St., Harrison, AR

  • Program:

    • 5:00pm;

      • Doors open - Social Hour - Main entree pulled pork and chicken quarters, sides, deserts, nonalcoholic beverages, popcorn and ice cream made on site.

    • ​6:00pm - Opening Ceremonies

    • 6:10 - 6:45​ - Awards Presenations

    • 6:45pm - 9:00pm​

      • Popcorn and beverages will be available throughout the evening.

      • Food Buffet reopens after close of award ceremony. Main entree , sides, nonalcoholic beverages, deserts, available while food lasts or 8:00pm whichever comes first.

      • Live Music, Dancing etc​

        • 7:00pm - 7:45pm  EARTH BONE

        • 8:00 - 8:45pm 7 SOUTH

    • 9:15pm - 9:30 Close

  • Cover Charge (Includes Food, the Award Presentation Ceremony, Band Concert and popcorn and beverages).

    • $15 General Admission

    • $10 Veterans

    • $7.50 members of The American Legion, VFW, DAV

    • $5  ages 6 through 12

    • Under age 6, no charge

    • NO charge for first responders and their family

    • NO charge for active duty miliary (including active National Guard and Reserves)

    • No charge for sponsors + one guest

    • No charge for Special Invited Guests

  • Proceeds - All proceeds after expenses go to:​

    • 50% to The American Legion Veterans Assistance Fund​

    • 50% to Grandmas House (Advocacy center for abused children)
